Concert Venue & Mustang Island State Park

We went to Corpus Christi for a concert at Concrete Street Amphitheater.

This is a nice outdoor/indoor venue. Much of the area is covered, although not completely enclosed so it has a nice airy feeling. Parking was a breeze. Nice place to see a concert!

You also need to take the drive out to Mustang Island State Park. It was about 20 minutes from downtown Corpus, but well worth the trip. Very clean beaches with nice facilities (bathrooms / showers).

I hear that there are camping areas in the park too, but we haven't tried them yet. Plan to do that next trip.
