With Corpus Christi being on the Gulf Coast, Corpus Christi weather is heavily influenced by weather in the Gulf. Bad weather can ruin what would otherwise be a good vacation. So I like to take a look at the weather forecast when doing our vacation planning.
Before getting to a weather forecast, let me give you a brief overview of the Corpus Christi climate.
Corpus Christi has a marine climate, with hot, humid summers and mild winters. During the peak summer months (July & August), the average temperatures range from around 75°F to 93°F. In January (coldest month), average temperatures range from around 46°F to 66°F.
Most of Corpus Christi's rain falls between May and October. September is the wettest month, with an average rainfall around 5 inches.
Sometimes Corpus Christi can be affected by storms in the Gulf of Mexico.
