It is a very smart hotel with antique furnishings, crystal chandeliers, and other works of art. To me that means that it might not be suitable for smaller children, but that's just my opinion.

Needless to say, the staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms and bathrooms are immaculate and fit with the style of the rest of the hotel. This hotel is simply beautiful, with a historic charm that is sure to impress you!

A little further down the road is The Magnolia Hotel, which is also close to downtown Dallas attractions. It's a 4-star hotel with an elegant style.

As can be expected of a hotel of this class, the rooms and bathrooms are very nice. The rooms on the higher floors also have incredible views.

A nice touch of the Magnolia is that they offer complimentary warm cookies & milk at bedtime! As though I need that...

The 4-star Hyatt Regency is a series of beautiful glass buildings. It is close to the Reunion Tower, the historic Union Station, and the JFK Memorial and the Sixth Floor Museum.

The Hyatt Regency is huge, with almost 1200 rooms. It has a nice outdoor pool and jacuzzi, as well as a nicely-equipped fitness center. The rooms are very nice too.

If you're traveling with kids and want to stay in one of the hotels in downtown Dallas Texas, I think the Hyatt Regency is a good choice.

Another good choice among the hotels in downtown Dallas Texas if you're traveling with kids is the Springhill Suites Dallas Downtown West End. It is located within walking distance of the Dallas World Aquarium, and is also close to the Sixth Floor Museum.

The hotel has an outdoor pool and also a fitness center. The rooms are decent and clean. The staff are friendly too.
