My family and I have been to Galveston nearly every year since 2000, with NO regrets.

We love staying on the beach by Seawall Blvd. Lots of things to do during the day and relax either at the pool at the motel or the ocean during the night time hours.

Casa De Moura motel (spelling might be wrong, sorry) right across the street from the water. Thank you for the friendly people that live there and the hospitality.

We like Seawall Blvd a lot too. In particular, I remember a very fun evening at the Joe's Crab Shack on Seawall Blvd a couple of years ago.

Are you perhaps thinking about the Casa Del Mar hotel? I know that it is a nice place to stay at.
