In short, we do not collect anything more about you than we have to, and we will not do anything with that information to harm you. Here are the specifics:
IP Address: Your IP Address is a unique number assigned to you when you connected to the Internet. The visitor statistics software that we use, uses your IP address to count unique visitors to our website and to collect data about pages that our visitors visit. None of this identifies you personally in any way.
Our Contact form appends your IP address to the bottom of the resulting email that we receive. Since we will have your name that you filled out in the contact form, we will be able to connect you to your IP address at that time. We do not do anything with your IP address appended to the email other than occasionally checking which country you are from.
Email Address: If you contact us via our Contact form or sign up for our newsletter, we will have your email address in our records. We will not use your email address for any purpose other than what the initial contact was intended for. We will not sell or give your email address to anyone else without your explicit permission.
Cookies: Our website might create a cookie on your computer. This is a small text file that contains a little bit of information about your visit. This will not harm your computer in any way.
Software: We do not install any software on your computer when you visit us, whether malicious or benign. We might occasionally use website features that require third-party software, like Adobe Flash, but you will always have control over whether that software is installed on your computer or not.
